Chilli100 takes care of everything required for the perfect exhibition or event. We take control of project management, logistics and marketing for a range of projects including exhibitions, conferences, and hospitality activities. We will listen and understand, develop ideas, implement and manage the whole event from start to finish. This includes delegate marketing, brand identity and management, financial control and post event follow-up
Waycon
Context – Waycon Precast were attending their first exhibition – Interbuild, NEC. A plan was developed by Waycon but the financial director thought it was necessary to seek assistance to manage and execute the plan. Chilli100 were asked in initially review the plans and make recommendations.
Action – Chilli100 took full project management control of the exhibition requirements. Tasks ranged from arranging a crane to build a temporary liftshaft; writing and submitting the health and safety and risk assessment to the event organisers; managing invitations and PR to attract prospects and customers to the stand; and providing personnel to man the stand during the event.
Results – With Chilli100 assistance, Waycon Precast were able to save up to 50% on the original costs as proposed by the exhibition organisers; come away with over 400 leads and potential orders worth in excess of £750,000.
The reason why the exhibition was successful is because Chilli100 were able to provide the necessary project management and time, to maximise the full opportunity the exhibition provided. If Waycon Precast had not hired Chilli100 then they would have found themselves stretched, between running their business and trying to project management an exhibition.
Marbel
Marbel asked Chilli100 to create a new exhibition stand and project manage the resources necessary to attend the Spring Fair, NEC & Toy Fair, London. Chilli100 were contracted to provide exhibition designs and ideas and manage resources within a tight budget. The exhibition stand had to built by a local supplier in Cornwall, convey the correct brand perception and compliment Marbel’s products – Classic toys made from traditional materials.

- Developed and managed the project plan from designing an exhibition stand right through to post event follow-up Develop and build an exhibition stand
- Manage suppliers and negotiations
- Fill and submit the relevant exhibitor forms; for example submit stand design, methodology, risk assessment and passes
- Develop and implement communications program; Press packs, invitations to customers and prospects and pre-show advertising
- Provide management and supervision of exhibition build and dismantling
- Provide ongoing budget reports and progress information to Marbel
Result
Chilli100 were proud to accept the award on behalf of Marbel Ltd and proves beyond reason that contracting in a specialist project manager for exhibitions pays for itself and more.
