Context - Chilli100 were invited to come and see a new retail outlet which required brand overhaul. The retail outlet was in need of a makeover internally and externally.
The client also wanted ideas for Christmas and for the following year to attract customers through some form of advertising.
Action - Chilli100 developed a range of brand ideas. These ideas initially came from listening to the client and understand what and how they see the shop and the type of customer they want in the shop. Chilli100 development a new brand and name, and transferred this information to a number of media platforms, these included:
- External shop front
- Carry bags and price tags
- Decals
- Adverts
- Staff uniforms
Results - The retail outlet achieved a 30% gross profit increase year on year. The branding was well received from by the customer.
